and bustle of Cocoa Beach city life with world famous surf shops, dinning and nightclubs. We are the closest beach to
Orlando's Disney World and minutes away from Kennedy Space Center.

We don’t want high gasoline prices to discourage you from enjoying the beach at South Beach Inn. As we all know, many businesses, Air lines, Utilities, UPS, plus others, add a fuel  charge to their invoices. Rather than add a fuel surcharge to your room rate, we provide you with a fuel charge credit.
Here’s what we will do for you. For visits 2 days or longer, we will discount your rent 10% for the first day and 10% for the last day. That will help offset the high price of gas!!
